CAAC, FAA Co-chair 2nd ACP Standing Committees Meeting

On Feb. 6, CAAC Deputy Chief Wang Zhiqing, Leocadia I. Zak, the Director of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency and Michael P. Huerta, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration together chaired the second meeting of Standing Committees of the U.S.-China Aviation Cooperation Program (ACP) in Washington.

During the meeting, the two parties explored their cooperation in the fields of air traffic control, general aviation, green aviation and training, which would lead to major cooperation projects to be conducted in 2015.

The U.S.-China ACP was created in 2004 to enhance wide-cooperation between the Chinese and the U.S. aviation industries.
